There several places where you can watch Naruto Episodes Online, some of them get banned because of  copyrights legislation but you should be able to find some decent sites by following the next simple rules:

Always search for the episode with the complete name, something like:

Naruto Shippuuden episode (+number of the episode you want to watch)

or:

Naruto episode (+number of the episode you want to watch)

Try clicking in a lot of sites that came up on google and the links inside them but do not waste a lot of time in there if you did not find what you where looking for

If you live in the USA and the episode has been released you should be able to watch it on the broadcasting channel company, try looking for it there
